Only 2 months to go! Get ready for the exhilarating clash of football titans at the upcoming African Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2023, kicking off on 13 January 2024. As Africa’s premier football spectacle, AFCON promises intense rivalries, stunning goals and surely unforgettable moments. 24 teams will battle through 52 matches – and only one team will lift the Cup of Nations on 11 February 2024.
Will current AFCON champions Senegal, who beat Egypt 4-2 on post-match penalties in February 2022 be able to defend the title? Can Egypt win their eighth title?
